What exactly is a PM with a high bar?
All of our listeners are people who love solving hard problems and getting things done. Our community gravitates towards challenges and is excited by something they've never done before.
We aren't a group of stuffy, ivory-tower process lovers. We're people working in cross functional teams, start ups, government projects, education, tech, healthcare, defense and consumer packaged goods - and we want to deliver the highest quality work.
Just because we have a high bar doesn't mean we have it all figured out.
Does this sound like you? You might be:

Our Story
We're two seasoned Project Managers who were tired of seeing PMs blamed for problems that were never really about schedules or templates. We wanted a place to talk openly about the real work of project management, the stuff you learn by living it.
Kim spent years mentoring and coaching project managers, answering the same tough questions over and over again.
Kate got certified and quickly realized that knowing the “official methodology” didn’t help much with the parts of the job that actually caused the most friction.
